A year ago, CXG Customer Experience Group - a member of Digital Solutions Group - rolled up its sleeves, walked onto the floor with PEP, and made a promise: to show up every day for the customers who depend on this incredible brand.
One year later, we rolled out the blue carpet in celebration of the team that makes it all possible.

The blue carpet was rolled out for 40 team members recognised for their outstanding contributions across every level of the operation. Partners, Agents, Team Leaders, Managers, Support Staff, and Leaders who showed up - not just professionally, but with genuine heart.
The atmosphere said everything that words sometimes cannot. High fives, tears of joy, laughter, and pride. This is what CX looks like when you invest in people. This is what partnership looks like when you truly believe in the mission.
